The meal was exce... read more We went there for a buffet lunch. There was a great choice of meat and salad, accompanied by a really tasty, Portuguese soup and bolo do caco. The meal was excellent, very tasty and made of fresh, local produce. Tuna steak was to die for! The all you can eat buffet is a really good value for money €8 a person.

The cafe had an Old School Style Bar, like an old American diner so it’s great for solo travellers to relax and have a coffee or beer. Would visit again.

A garlic bread bap filled with steak, ham, egg cheese; and a portion of fries. Simply delicious only €4.00! You can also just come for a drink, which comes with complementary tapas. The staff are so friendly also gave me a free shot of Poncha another local liqueur! I loved this place so much that I visited it every day!

We'd visited the photography museum nearby (highly recommended) and really only wanted a drink, but saw that a buffet lunch was being served for just €6 which l... read more We'd visited the photography museum nearby (highly recommended) and really only wanted a drink, but saw that a buffet lunch was being served for just €6 which looked very local and enticing, although there wasn't much for my pescatarian husband (and practically nothing if you were vegetarian). We couldn't resist! Had we visited an hour later, we would probably have enjoyed it more the salads were delicious and we enjoyed everything we had, but we weren't very hungry having not long eaten a big breakfast. For local flavour, this is somewhere worth trying.
