Stopped here while strolling through Lisbon. Stumbled upon Calacada do Cacau and glad we did. Chocolate lovers are doing themselves a disservice if they do not stop for a cup of stellar chocolate in a friendly environment. Treat yourself to a box of tasty treats...for home too. A very lovely lady took good care of us. Authentic, local bar with good snacks for a light lunch.
This is very a place with and fortunately we lived around the corner and found us here often for the special fish sandwich on bolo de caco. Fresh, delicious and huge! Prato do slides and soups are also very good. Super friendly and welcoming. Fyi, eat only M-F.
Ótima comida tradicional. O adorável proprietário serve grandes porções. Da próxima vez que visitarmos a Madeira iremos visitar novamente.
