I found the salads had plenty of different variations so would opt for a selection from salad bar as an easy alternative. The restaurant was quite spacious and well laid out for ease of service at the counters as well as the tables so no squeezing between tables/chairs. We found it more conducive to book one of the dine around restaurants where there was full waiter service.
