Received incorrectly prepared food. Called to arrange for a replacement in the future. Unfortunately I was connected with Anthony when I called. He would not allow me to complete a sentence. He accused me of raising my voice. Telling his resolution without even allowing me to voice his option is unacceptable. Every time I tried to speak he cut me off and kept telling me I was speaking too loud. How can I be too loud if I am not allowed to speak. Horribly RUDE person. Horrible Customer Service. I called Corporate Office, very pleasant conversation. She spoke, allowed me to speak. This was a simple issue that was made difficult by employee, Anthony.
