I looked around and only 1 person was wearing a mask... please explain! Worst experience ever.

Our order was accurate and everything tasted good. The restaurant was kept nice and clean and staff were actively cleaning tablesafter guests left. I would feel comfortable recommending this McDonald?s!

I... read more This used to be a great McDonald's. I am aware every single restaurant is short staffed right now. I am also aware customer service is beyond rough right now. I am a manager of a restaurant, and I am more than aware of these issues, but we are stillin the business of customer service. I would never speak to my customers the way I have been spoken to here, now would I handover food that had been sitting under a warmer or an hour or more. I have been given the wrong food, then been accused of lyingand been told I would have to pay again for the same food I just paid for. I had an issue with the app on another visit, andeven though my card had been charged and I showed this to the employee, she stated that my card was declined and I needed topay again. I am in awe they still have the business they do. I will say that I contacted the owner on one occasion and wassent 2 meal coupons with a sincerely written letter, apologizing for what I had endured. Most problems are directly related totraining and management, and I just hope this location can get back to where they once were!
