However, during my visit today, I encountered a very... read more I used to visit this place every day, sometimes even twice a day. I really loved the coffee and the staff. However, during my visit today, I encountered a very rude attitude when I asked about my order. So, I decided to go inside. Unfortunately, I was met with even more disrespectful employees, except for one kind person who remembered me. I'm really disappointed because this was my go-to spot for my daily coffee break, and I won't be coming back.

Starbucks should consider hiring better employees or providing more effective training.

She even repeated exactly what I said, but g... read more So excited to see a Starbucks at this location. I ordered a small and medium oat milk hazelnut espresso HOT COFFEE. She even repeated exactly what I said, but got the sizes wrong, (M/L), but ok, that 's fine because it took several tries to even get to that point. They called my name, and I saw two small cups. I said, oh, this should be a medium and large . With attitude, medium and large WHAT? Uh, coffee. What I ordered. She said, these are the espresso SHOTS you ordered. HUH? NOT AT ALL WHAT I ordered, what she repeated and what I paid for. First and LAST time here. Please vet your employees. PLENTY of CAPABLE people want jobs.

I’ll make sure... read more This one literally gives the worst service… there is one attendant that is always rude. I make a point to never go to this one but had to today. I’ll make sure to add another 5 min to my morning to avoid coming back in the future. Just be nicer, it takes less energy.
