If I could give more stars, I would. Gluten free options are now mainstream. Even with the rise in popularity, it does not mean that EVERY is gluten-free pizza crust. The cauliflower crust is so delicious and perfectly crispy, I could eat it almost alone.... The toppings are generous and wonderfully fresh.
