I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was lacking, and I noticed issues with cleanliness, particularly regarding the covered products in the subway area. My nephew ordered a sausage roll, and it arrived partially frozen. If they can't provide good service, they shouldn't be in this line of work.
I ordered coffee through the app and waited fifteen minutes for it to be prepared. They only offered one type of coffee, and instead of using the coffee machine efficiently, the staff member served each individual customer who walked in. When my coffee finally arrived, it was in a large cup with a tiny straw that was useless.
