Called and booked into the Lockley's Hotel. 3 had steaks that were presented cooked as requested. 1 Had a Chicken Chermoula (with Moroccan herbs and spices. This was reported as being very good but cam to the table not hot enough. Salads were very good too.Wine list had a fair variation in the selection, both in type of wine and price.

Do not visit this restaurant for birthdays! They charge a $25 fee for eating cake, which is very disappointing. The carpet is in poor condition with sticky tape... read more Do not visit this restaurant for birthdays! They charge a $25 fee for eating cake, which is very disappointing. The carpet is in poor condition with sticky tape on the floor. They should take notes from other pubs in the area that do not charge extra for bringing a cake for birthdays. It was evident to their staff that this policy is wrong. Lockleys needs to improve their service before they are forced to close down.

Every day of the week is at least one special .ie Monday... read more The Lockleys is within 1 k of my house. I go there regularly .They seem to update their menu regularly. Every day of the week is at least one special .ie Monday and Thursday are 20 dollar steak nights .Good quality . They also have a specials board . Last night I had the Sunday night roast and dessert special for 24 dollars .Very nice . Service is great .Staff are friendly .Did I mention their cocktails and great wine list .
