The food never arrived because i... read more I ordered food online, with a delivery time of approximately 40 minutes. Then I was told it would take approximately 1.5 hours. The food never arrived because it was delivered to a different address. When I tried to clarify this by phone, the only response I received was order again and I 'll see if I can deliver faster. Very unsatisfactory, and for us, a reason to stop ordering and eating here, even though the food has always been good. Mistakes happen, but the problem should be resolved differently.
