Fürth, as Nurembergs little sibling, is often underrated. If you´re looking for an interesting place for brunch on a Sunday morning, Kofferfabrik is the place to go. It is the creative crowd which hangs out here. There is an upstairs area accessible from the court,...and there is outdoors seating for fine weather. Children are welcome. Every Sunday there will be a different theme in addition to the standard continental brunch buffet, you will find several dishes from varying countries. The quality is not always constant, but I have yet to be bored there. Cost is 12,90 Euro per Person, drinks will be added. [hidden link] If you intend to brunch with a larger group it is advisable to book a table.

Get a bit of Berlin feeling in Fürth. Hangout on one of the couches and play a board game, play pool on the old pool table or kicker on the way too old kicker table. Drinks very decent, food ok. The Currywurst varieties are actually really good. We go there at least once a month for a drink.

The other Sunday we did it again. We went to the Kofferfabrik in Fürth and had an ample brunch. I had never tasted food from Finnland before, and it was a true experience. The other "themes" in December were Thailand, Ecuador and Nigeria. So, in addition to getting the convetional Sunday goodies - from muesli to smoked salmon, from fried sausages to scrambled eggs and baked beans - one gets to know international delicacies and dishes.Somehow the place feels like a home, filled with a vast family; it is not posh at all.For those young at heart there are games to play, too.Kofferfabrik used to serve Sunday brunches, but now on Mondays there is Schaschlik, on Tuesday its Schnitzel day, Wednesday will feed you all kinds of potato variations and Thursday caters for the Burger community.Lots to explore! Enjoy!(their website will give you all the info you need)

We had Mother's Day brunch here today and were greeted very sweetly with a glass of Prosseco. The buffet was incredibly diverse, from pretzels, croissants, various types of bread, rolls, scrambled eggs, white sausages, rosemary potatoes, salmon, trout, antipasti, cheese platters, guacamole, various quiches, grilled vegetables to mousse au chocclat and panna cotta. There is also a large selection of coffee specialties from the portafilter, with either cow milk or oatmeal and for me the best cappuccino I have ever drunk. The staff deserve special praise: attentive, friendly and always with a smile. It's obvious that there is passion and attention to detail in every aspect. We'll definitely be back.
