Unfortunately, the staff at my last visit was quite funny to me, which made me very uncomfortable: The toilets are separated as in most places, sex. In the meantime, I went to the toilet for a short time and then put myself in my place. At a little later, an employee quickly came to my table and loudly, audible for all, wrongly postulated, I had previously gone to the wrong bathroom. From the employee crowded and intimidated, I tried to point out tactically that I used the right toilet. The employee was very confused with my statement, then just negated it and then again claimed I had gone to the wrong toilet... Of course, that made the situation even more unpleasant for me. Luckily I was sitting there at the table with a friend. She then took over and repeated my statement to the employee again. But unfortunately again unsuccessful. Only when she has said to the employee (because of his disrespectful behavior, understandably, slightly annoyed) that my gender actually agrees with the name on the toilet door, through which I last went, the employee finally left loose and left. That... was quite unpleasant to me and really disrespectful to my feeling. I can still understand that you might want to appeal to a person if you think someone went to the wrong toilet. But then this should happen friendly, respectful and perhaps not as loudly audible for all. And above all, one should also be able to accept that perhaps the initial presumption was simply wrong, instead of the person's explanation of denying a flat-rate. First of all, you should not continue to impose on the person. This is not only unprofessional, but also highly cross-border. I now hope that the employee has learnt at least something from this unpleasant situation and that this simply unacceptable behaviour in the future will be omitted.
