When we opened the box, we found the nachos covered in chili with beans—an unexpected change. While it may not seem like a big deal, most restaurants would typically call to confirm a modification like this, especially since we had specifically requested no beans. The first staff member we encountered was nice, but the manager was quite unpleasant. When we asked for a refund due to the mix-up, the manager responded angrily, implying we were at fault because "all chili has beans." If she truly understood how to manage a restaurant, she would recognize that not all chili contains beans. Additionally, excellent customer service is vital in this industry, and she failed miserably in that regard. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we left feeling disappointed.
