What Ted G doesn't like about Subway:
My food and ambiance was fine, but the service was a problem. The cashier belittled me by not accepting a coupon, she said a plain salami sandwich did not qualify and had to be rung up special. I knew she was wrong, tried to explain why it was silly to ring up as a veggie salami , but she just kept telling me how for inventory purposes she had to ring it up as special. In this regard, no coupon would ever qualify. Th... View all feedback.
One of the nicest Subways I've been to. The building is unique and clean. Excellent friendly service.
She toasted my sub when I didn't say I wanted toasted. Also put ranch on it when I clearly said honey mustard and didn't even bother fixing any of it.
I wanted to stay and eat in the restaurant, but was way too humid and hot even for winter. I asked the employees if they could change the temperature to a more appropriate temperature, and they said they are not allowed to touch the thermostat that only the manager can. The employees looked hot and uncomfortable. They should be able to work in a controlled environment that's welcoming to the guests and themselves to work in. They made me a fantastic sandwich and are good workers. I think they deserve to work in comfortability and that the manager should allow them to touch the thermostat. I may be contacting corporate if I go back in there and it's that muggy and hot again.
