The hou... read more If you haven't tried this place, you are absolutely missing out on a quality culinary experience. The pit beef was tender, flavorful and well portioned. The house BBQ sauce was essentially not needed, but did complement the protein well. Real mashed potatoes, dense and yet moist cornbread, and baked beans that aren't overpowered by excessive sweetness... each of these paired well with the beef and provided a balanced and delicious meal. We found this place randomly on a drive through the area, but will be willing to drive back specifically to visit again. 5 stars! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The menu prices ON T... read more I can't explain how disappointed I am by this experience. We are out of Towner's and saw the raving reviews and promise of BBQ. It's a lie. The menu prices ON THE WEBSITE are significantly lower that what they are actually charging and there is zero BBQ. The chicken sandwich was bland, the meat tasted like water and thank God, I got the sauce on the side or I would have eaten the dead fly in my meal. DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of time and money. We tried to support the local business, but this is totally unacceptable. Fries remind me of Ocean City boardwalk fries. Cant wait to come back and try the fish tacos I saw in pictures here. Didn't have time to take pictures of the pit beef, too busy enjoying it!
