We stopped in for a late breakfast and were delighted with our meals. The breakfast sandwiches are tasty and very filling. Our kids loved the crepes. Try theparfaits or overnight oats for a meal that's both eye-catching and tasty. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There wasoutdoor seating up from and out back. I really want to come back in the evening for drinks and live music. We'll be back toClatter the next time we are in town. Give this place a try.

The baristas ar... read more Clatter is the place to go- day or night! John has assembled the most amazing staff, that creates a unique atmosphere that?s welcoming and cozy. The baristas are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating (especially Koda ?? . The drinks are fantastic!Love the hot and cold golden milk, purple haze and at night- the Bees Knees! The food is interesting and well thought out. Ilove the breakfast sandwiches in the morning and the grilled cheese and tomato soup is as comforting as the place itself. Themusic at night is ????????????????! A great variety of genres of music.. and all very talented performers. The small stage areaacoustics are perfect, creating a very personal experience with the musicians. The new bar they built has some wonderfullycrafted cocktails!! There are not many coffee shops like this! Do yourself a favor and experience it for yourself! This is oneof many reason why a small Appalachian town like Frostburg- is setting the pace!!

If you have dietary restrictions due to a dairy allergy, rest assured that non-dairy options are available. As for parking, there's a metered lot directly across from Clatter's, which is a better choice than parking on the main street a block away, as those meters often get jammed with coins and may not work. In terms of kid-friendliness, I've seen customers of all ages at Clatter's, and kids are welcome here.

The eggs an... read more I have found brunch heaven. The free bagel sandwiches and coffee are to die for (and it’s hard to find a good gluten-free bagel because I’ve tried)! The eggs and caramelized onions on the sandwich were perfection. If you’re in the greater Frostburg area, find a way to visit this place!

I liked their specialty drink. I opted to get the pretzel because I was going to be walking. It was good and I liked the mustard sauce. I'd recommend stopping in if you have some time.
