The service was terrible! I waited 15 minutes at the window just to get a raspberry tea and two orders of hash browns. When the hash browns finally arrived, they were rock hard—completely inedible. I had to throw them away. The guy who served me seemed to be the night manager.
My wife and I stopped by this Whataburger drive-thru at 4:45 AM while I was battling a severe case of strep throat. After leaving the hospital, I was finally able to eat a little, at least for a few hours. When we arrived, we saw only one employee working, with two cars ahead of us. The wait was about 20-25 minutes. Despite the situation, this man managed everything alone with remarkable professionalism. He apologized twice for the delay, which we really appreciated. Although these reviews might not reach the right people, I believe this worker deserves recognition for his outstanding service and composure. If there were any other staff members helping, they deserve thanks as well. Thank you.
I ordered a plain burger without any toppings, but they gave me a fully topped burger that even had a bite taken out of the patty. I was very disappointed with what I received and would not recommend this place.
I've always been a big fan of Whataburger and have been visiting this location since it opened. Unfortunately, over the past few years, the quality of service and food has significantly declined. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially with a busy environment and a young staff. However, my experience tonight makes me reconsider returning to this store. I ordered dinner for my family and myself, specifically a Whataburger with only bacon and cheese. When I got home and settled everyone down to eat, I discovered that my burger had no patty! All I found was a bun with ketchup, cheese, and bacon. I was completely shocked. This location really needs to improve.
Wow, what a slow experience! I've never waited so long for cold food. It’s ridiculous that only one car moves every ten minutes. The service was poor and the food wasn't any better. It took ten minutes at the speaker before anyone took my order, and then another twenty minutes until I reached the window. I really wished I could have left, but I was trapped in by other cars—probably people who felt the same way I did. Yikes! I won't be coming back.
