What User doesn't like about Up Inspired Kitchen:
The food is very healthy, but the portions are quite small. We ordered the avocado toast, and it was really tiny—definitely the smallest I've ever seen. There were no sides either; most places usually include a small salad or at least two pieces of toast. I’m not criticizing the taste; it was good. I have found this place and pleased that they have vegan options! the vegan options are new and they are interested in catering in the vegan community and other options. beautiful place to sit and enjoy a meal, coffee and lounge!
Had a couple questionable visits here early on with what was vegan versus vegetarian. Love the concept but they lost my trust.
As a vegan who lives in the middle-of-no-where-Kansas this restaurant was an incredible escape. I haven’t had a brunch this good in a long time! The staff is super friendly and makes you feel like you’re at home. The cauliflower gravy was a tasty and nice surprise!

Super cute place with awesome customer service and even better food! We flew in from Nashville today and this was our first stop. They did not disappoint! The short rib grilled cheese was our favorite!
