The tuna salad was absolutely fantastic! The pickled ginger really enhanced the flavors, earning it a perfect 10/10. However, the Mahi Mahi was disappointing; its presentation lacked excitement and could have used some green veggies for a pop of color. I wouldn’t order that again. On the other hand, the pork was delightful and a must-try if you're really hungry. If you're there for brunch, definitely go for the pitcher of mimosas — they’re much better than the tiny $3 mimosas that disappear in a single sip. Or maybe I just have a big mouth; don’t quote me on that!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience! The food was extraordinarily delicious, and the service was excellent! I wish I had asked our server's name; I believe he was also working at the bar. He made some wonderful recommendations that I decided to try! The dessert and the Old Fashioned were absolutely heavenly! We will certainly be coming back.

I visited this restaurant for brunch and had a great experience. I've been to the Southlake location many times before, but since it was Easter, I could only secure a reservation at this Frisco location! The service at Southlake is generally a bit better; our server here seemed a bit overwhelmed, had trouble remembering some details of our order, and didn’t check on us very often. When we arrived, the hostess asked if we’d prefer a high-top table, which we declined. She seated us and let us wait since we arrived early for our reservation, which was fine. However, about ten minutes later, she came back to ask if anyone had attended to us. Now, let’s talk about the food, which was excellent! We started with the Lil' Goat appetizer, and it arrived hot and delicious, with very soft flatbread. For those who have dined at Trufire before, just a heads-up that the mimosas used to be $2 (Traditional Orange/White Peach/Blackberry/Blood Orange), but now they’re $3—thanks, inflation! We shared the Honey Smoked Salmon Benedict, and it was just as delightful as I remembered. I do wish they had Chalula sauce or even Texas Pete, but they only offered the standard red Tabasco sauce. No big deal, though—after all, not everyone enjoys extra spicy food! We also ordered the kids' pancake. We chose this since it was just the two of us, and the Tru Pancake, which I highly recommend to larger groups as it’s the best pancake I’ve ever had, is too much for just two people. The key is to get the kids' pancake and ask for the berries, nuts, and butter on the side. Overall, the food quality was excellent, nearly on par with the Southlake location. My only complaint was the service, which wasn’t terrible but could be improved. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a lovely Sunday brunch!

This is an amazing place for a date night, featuring great food and a lovely atmosphere. It can get quite busy, but they do take reservations, so it's wise to make plans in advance. The salads and appetizers were exceptional; we had the fig and pecan salad, which was delightful. My wife chose the ribeye sandwich, and it was fantastic. I went with the Italian sandwich, which was also quite tasty. The menu is appealing—there aren't too many choices, but everything they serve is done excellently.

Overall, I would give the regular food a rating of 4 out of 7, while the Honey Burrata deserves a solid 6 out of 7. I tried the Honey Burrata appetizer and the Akaushi burger. The Honey Burrata was outstanding—truly exceptional. Just...
