The smoothies are fantastic—it's hard to find options that aren't packed with sugar, but Salubrious really lives up to its name with its organic and vegan choices. Their natural sweeteners are far better than what you'll find elsewhere. The atmosphere and staff contribute to a truly great experience—I'd rate it an 11 out of 10. Some might be hesitant about the prices, but remember that 100% organic and vegan products typically cost more (unfortunately, healthy options aren’t always affordable). However, it's definitely worth it, especially if you take advantage of their rewards program. The only other item I've tried there is the coffee, and I’m absolutely in love with it! It’s more flavorful and fresher than Starbucks, which often leaves me feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Salubrious coffee is genuinely outstanding! I really hope Salubrious expands statewide or even nationally. With nearly 400 reviews and an average rating of 4.8 stars, it's evident that many people adore this place.
