Located in the Frisco Downtown area Never disappointed with the quality and presentation of their sushi dishes. One of my favorites is the Sexy Jerry a must have when dining here. Eventua... read more My wife and I decided to try the sushi for two special. Although the restaurant didn’t seem understaffed, we ended up waiting over an hour for our meal. Eventually, we received some generic rolls, but sadly, the fresh raw fish we had been looking forward to never arrived. To make matters worse, we also realized that the steamed rice we ordered was forgotten. Disappointed, we decided to leave and requested a prorated bill. I was really let down by the slow service; it felt like the entire staff was moving in slow motion, as if they had all taken something before the dinner rush on a Tuesday.

We experienced a long wait for our food, with our two sushi orders taking around 20 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, the service was not up to par. After we asked about the sushi preparation, our server seemed to disappear. Fortunately, the busboy stepped in to help us for the remainder of our meal, even though there were only three tables occupied during our visit. It might be time to consider promoting him! While the location is convenient, there are several other sushi places just a five-minute drive away that provide a much better customer experience.
