Nestled within a bustling supermarket, this Vietnamese eatery surprises diners with its exceptional offerings and warm service. While the short rib pho is a standout, lauded for its rich broth, the banh mi sandwiches vary in quality, with the lemongrass beef receiving particular praise despite their smaller portions. Other highlights include the grilled vermicelli and crispy mini shrimp crepes, though some diners find them a touch greasy. Overall, the menu boasts hit or miss items; however, the dedication to flavor ensures a satisfying experience for Vietnamese cuisine enthusiasts. What Kory Lubowitz dislikes about Pho Corner:
Having relocated from Los Angeles, specifically the 626 area, I have a deep appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine. I've sampled several pho restaurants in this area, but most have left me unsatisfied. I didn't try the pho because it seemed a bit expensive for the portion size. Instead, I ordered the Lemongrass Beef banh mi and the Grilled Beef banh mi. The grilled beef was decent, but the lemongrass beef was even better. However, I did feel that the sandwiches were somewhat small.

Lemongrass Beef Spring rolls: OK Lemongrass Beef Vermicelli: the vermicelli was too warm and soggy. Not good. Vietnamese Iced Coffee: AWESOME

Depending on their range there were no noodles in all early reels. I guess it's healthier, but I'm just noodle in my roll.

We eat a lot of Vietnamese from a number of places. Didn’t know what to think being that this is inside a supermarket. Don’t be deceived, the menu is great. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The broth is flavorful and rich. Overall great experience and delicious! Pix do not do justice. Will be back for more.
