I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The service from Blake was exceptional, and the fast Wi-Fi made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend the Frozen Tropical Sunset—it's a perfect 5/5! The teas were also delicious.
This was my first visit, and I was truly impressed with the Horchachacha (which I ordered at 75% sweetness)! The tapioca was exactly what I expected, but the flan was a wonderful surprise! I'm looking forward to my birthday drink or discount.
Addison was really kind to us; she remade my daughter's drink with boba. The staff here are extremely friendly, and it's a great spot to grab drinks if you want to take your friends or family along.
The cashier is doing fine. But other workers behind the counter are rude, careless and unprofessional. The male staffs talked among themselves and the female staff made her own drink while other customers were still waiting, very uncomfortable atmospherewatching them. It was not crowed, but we were clearly being ignored even after we gave them generous tip. We waited for a totalof 12 minutes exact from the start of ordering to finally getting a simple drink. We could confront them and ask what wasstopping them to make our drink. But because these staffs look like teenagers, we did not want to embarrass them on the spot inpublic, so we waited. Manager, please take the time to provide proper training to your Saturday afternoon staff on how to treatcustomers and the importance of treating customers equally.
After eating some sushi literally in the same complex, it was an easy stop to walk over and get boba for dessert! Unfortunately, when we went they were out of ALL the popping boba. I usually prefer tapioca anyways, but hopefully that gets fixed soon. I gota taro milk tea, but I think the worker misheard me and I got a smoothie instead. Not a huge deal, but when you?re a revieweryou pay attention to how well the BUSINESS pays attention, and another in my party got the wrong drink too? Nonetheless, thesmoothie was good. I am a huge fan of taro, and I think it goes best with tapioca pearls. The boba itself was pretty decent. IfI wanted to be really picky I?d say it was a tad too hard, but overall it was still very satisfying!
