How can a plate of food look so beautiful, colorful, delicious and be so lacking in taste? The restaurant is bright and cheerful, service is adequate (not overly friendly, but does the job). The food, though...not bad, not anything.

Delicious food. Really enjoy the creamy jalapeño dip and the queso. My boyfriend loves the boom boom sauce- perfect amount of flavor and heat. The customer service is always great. I love all of the colorful ambience with the doggo pics. Tip- if you bring a framed pic of your dog.. you get a free appetizer ;

Bring a picture of your dog… seriously and you’ll get a free appetizer!!! Don’t forget to get the white sauce when they bring out the chips. Also the hatch is amazing AND it’s free!!! The Elvis is by far the best deal. Great for kiddos too and they get FREE treat at the end.

Nachos Man is back at it! I've heard good things about this place, so we decided to try it. Why have Nachos when they serve Panchos, right? First things first. The salsa is really good. The problem is that you can literally see through their chips.They break without even budging the salsa, so you need to find a strong chip and use that one to shovel salsa onto your chips.The ranch dip is also really good. Mixed in with the salsa and it is perfect! The Panchos are interesting. The chips are againa problem. While thicker than the ones for the salsa, they still are not strong enough to hold what they put on it. And the chipshatters when you take a bite, so these ultimately turn into a taco salad. I'm not a huge fan of refried beans on the nachoseither. That was mostly all I could taste. The chips had good flavor too, but the rest of it got overpowered by the amount ofrefried beans. Definitely not a flavor party. Out of the different Nachos I've had, these were a solid 5/10. Not the best, butnot the worst either. Jen got the fajitas, as usual when we try something new. These were more of a hit than the Panchos, butthey were definitely missing something. The steak arrived sizzling on a bed of onions, but that was it for that plate. Who makesfajitas without green and/or red peppers? There was one small sliver of a red pepper, but that was it. Not sure what was goingon there. The waitress was having an off night or was new, but I can't hold that against Chuy's. Everybody is new at somepoint and it was later on a Saturday night, so maybe it had just been a long shift. So other than weak chips, a little heavy onthe refried beans, and a noticeable absence of peppers on the fajitas, it was a good experience. I would probably try them againto see if this was just an isolated experience with new staff or if this is just how it is before I got too critical. I leftfull and nothing we ate disagreed with us later, so all in all it is worth 4 stars.

Been here for dine-in with friends. The place is very busy and there's a long wait during evening hours. They don't take reservations but you can join the wait-list online from the website after selecting a specific location. The ambiance is good,the staff is friendly. We had veggie enchiladas with boom boom sauce and chicken enchiladas with chicka boom boom sauce. Bothwere delicious. There are also complementary chips and salsa. The margaritas were very light. They do have virgin margaritas.The restroom is clean and the place is hygienic. Lots of space for parking available. I definitely recommend it.
