We added the... read more My husband and I decided to go to CAVA for dinner. It tastes so fresh and healthy. We created our bowls with greens, chicken and all the toppings. We added the Sriracha dressing on top. It's so good. It is a little bit more than expected on price, but,totally worth the $10.17. I would come back again!

When ordering ahead, they consistently fail to have the food ready by the promised time. This isn’t a one-time occurrence—it happens regularly. Employees are overwhelmed and often leave due to unrealistic demands from management regarding food preparation times. Sometimes, ordering in line is actually quicker than ordering online. Very disappointing. Attached is a picture showing a typical situation where customers wait 30-60 minutes for their food, despite having ordered in advance.

Every time I order delivery from here, the food is prepared so carelessly that it arrives looking like a bowl of slop (see attached photo). I've ordered from other CAVA locations, even nearby, and the quality is only a problem with this one. The Downtown Frisco and Legacy West locations definitely know what they're doing.

The lentils were crunchy and clearly undercooked, I received pickles instead of pickled onions, the dressing was on the salad despite requesting it on the side, and there was no pita bread included. Unfortunately, I didn't check my salad or bag until I got home. I've heard good things about Cava, but this experience fell short of even my lowest expectations.
