However, there is no table service and the bar service is lacking. The food, on the other hand, is quite good. During our multiple visits, we've noticed that the bar area tends to be warm and sometimes has an unusual smell. Years ago, the service was much better; they would open the patio doors, creating a lovely atmosphere that matched the resort's vibe. Unfortunately, it has become a bit of a disappointment lately.

We weren't greeted upon arrival, so I had to track down someone at the bar, who simply mentioned that someone would be with us shortly. Eventually, one waitress came over to assist us. She was friendly, but nothing exceptional—just doing her job. Additionally, the menu in the restaurant didn't match what was listed on the website or on OpenTable. The waitress explained that it changes slightly and they don’t keep the website updated. The food itself was quite ordinary—nothing special at all—and really needed more seasoning. It lacked flavor completely.

The staff was AMAZING--we were made to... read more The hotel was very nice, the golf course even nicer! My husband and I stayed for a golf and stay weekend for my birthday. The staff was AMAZING--we were made to feel special and Sabrina C. did an amazing job making us feel welcome and even recognized my birthday and went above and beyond her call of duty to facilitate that! We enjoyed the Westin Team, the food, service, and golf. We will stay again!
