Was Renee J at Lakes Pub a mag?
Initially, the side salad appeared small, but it turned out to be the perfect size. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and was a nice cut of meat that was very flavorful. The creamy sautéed mushrooms were delicious and paired well with the steak. The Parmesan potato au gratin was served in a wedge shape, with many thin layers of potato that were beautifully compressed.

Absolutely disappointing. It’s one of the few places in the area that offers more than just bar food, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, everything fell short—service, food, ambiance—it was all quite disheartening. The view is lovely, though, so I’m hopeful that someone will take it over and turn it into something worthwhile. I really hope that happens. View all feedback.

The place is very nice and will return again. The food was great except for my steak wasn't cooked right, I don't like rare meat, had to return it but was able to eat it after they recooked it. Very nice place, would have been nicer to see the lake but it was dark outside. Don't like the drive in an out, too much winding road. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
Had the smoked Brisket and potsticker appetizer. Was the best I've had and I've been smoking ribs and brisket for a couple years now. I'm gonna have to step my game up. Met the Gen. Manager and told her how nice the place was and how good the food was. I'll definitely be back. Was in the area for business. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
