Need more variety of topping options. Subs are overpriced. I don't like standing in line waiting while they make online orders first.
I ordered through the app and picked up my order and left. Sandwiches were fantastic and put together well. They didn’t follow my request to cut each sandwich in three pieces but I could still manage.
We were quite unhappy with our food and felt very disappointed.
I'm not sure how THEY were taught how to make subs, but I was taught that you put the cheese on the bread side before toasting so the bread doesn't get soggy, not on the meat. My husband went back to get it fixed because I understand mistakes happen. Since they have the viewing blocked, and you can't see what they're doing, they did it wrong again and even double toasting it didn't save the sogginess. We do not want to waste the gas AGAIN to have them try and fix it. I'm a pregnant lady with texture issues who only wanted the sub she's been craving. I've never had any issues with this subway before so I didn't anticipate having to hold their hand to make it right. Yes, I am very upset because this was a treat I don't get every day.
Wow,took our coupons and ranit through the scanner, it was clearly marked. It was good till the end of last month. They said the the coupon had expired. I called them back to inform them they tried to get me to come back and buy another pair of sandwiches. NEVER WILL WE GO BACK TO SUBWAY Kid-friendliness: Rip-off
