My go-to order of a traditional Long Mac was accompanied by a delicious beans dish with maple bacon and a perfectly poached egg. The aroma of the Ham Hock dish had me drooling before I even took a bite. I've tried many beans dishes for breakfast in Perth, but the depth of flavors and perfect balance of this dish really stood out. Well done, guys. My wife enjoyed the Pannacotta with Granola, which was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The thoughtful additions to complement the silky Pannacotta have ensured that we will be returning customers. Thank you!
