The dining experience at this restaurant is decidedly hit or miss. While some patrons rave about the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service, others have faced significant issues, including burnt food and unprofessional management encounters. Reports of a dismissive owner and inconsistent food quality suggest a troubling pattern. Despite occasional praises for specific menu items, such as the crab rangoon pizza and Philly cheese steak fries, complaints about service delays and lackluster dishes remain persistent. Overall, while dedicated fans appreciate the cozy vibe and value, many customers leave feeling overlooked and underwhelmed.

What Jeck Marcelo dislikes about Logan's:
Many of the 5-star reviews seem to come from friends and family, attempting to artificially boost the overall rating. The Philly cheese steak fries are amazing! The service was great, dining in for dinner. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 5 out of 5.
This was my second visit to this restaurant and unfortunately, we had to wait over an hour for our food. It was frustrating to see people who came in after us receive their food before us. I would rate the food a 4, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.

The food is consistently mediocre, yet the prices remain high. The owner has a reputation for mistreating both employees and customers, so poor quality should be expected. This is an honest review. If you try to discuss a problem with your order, you will likely be brushed off or treated poorly. Don't just take my word for it, try it yourself.
