We ordered something simple...2 number 1's. Sandwiches so cold. My sandwich was placed on the wrapper which was wrapped inside out. It was so smashed it looked like someone put there fist into it. Disappointed. Never going back.

We visited the Freeport location today, and the food was typical of what you'd find at any Arby's. However, I wanted to highlight a specific incident involving an employee who was treated rather rudely by her supervisor. As we were taking some time to decide on our order in an otherwise empty restaurant (we don't often eat at fast food places and needed a bit of extra time to look over the menu), the employee at the counter, Chaka, momentarily turned her back. The supervisor noticed us approaching the counter and asked if we were ready to order. When I confirmed that we were, the supervisor then told Chaka, "You need to pay attention!" I turned to Chaka and said, "In your defense, we were taking a long time to decide." She appreciated my support. I personally found the supervisor’s comment in front of customers to be much ruder than Chaka not noticing us immediately. Good customer service and professionalism extend beyond just the cashier. To Chaka: you're doing a great job, and I hope moments like the one you experienced from your supervisor are very rare!

I have to say this was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had to pull forward and wait for 15 minutes before going inside. They claimed they didn’t see me outside, but I noticed the worker was just wearing house sandals with socks. My order was incorrect—I received crinkle fries instead of curly fries. When I went back inside, the worker was rude and had an attitude. I then called the manager, who said, and I quote, "on god," before hanging up on me. The staff were very rude and disrespectful. I will never return.

I’m giving it 2 stars because the staff is often very rude, and I rarely get enough meat in my order. You have to order a full pound of beef just to get what you’d usually expect in a regular meal. I won’t be coming back.
