This place is amazing! The potato skins and gravy, coleslaw, and chicken platters are all delicious. You won't be disappointed!
The food is good, but we wish they offered online ordering. Unfortunately, their full menu is not available on their website. We were hungry and didn't want to wait in a 12-car line. Applebee's is right next door, although their menu isn't as good, they do offer online ordering and no long wait in the drive-thru.
Three times I ordered mobile that they almost forget half of my order. if they want to order a small order, they usually do it right, but big orders they never get right. today we sent my stepfathers to pick up our mobile order, they had wrong, so that he repaired them and checked them to make sure that everything she had on the ticket was there (they never gave a reception and he was not sure what was in the whole order). the employees were super rude about it, but of course we would have double checked it because they screwed it in the last two times. we come home and my mother who reviewed the order and we have missed a whole big mac and cheese and an 8pc chicken and two orders from buiscuts. money wasting honestly and the hired are super rude, as if we hadn't wasted a massive amount of money on things they didn't contain in the order. but I live 20 minutes away so we don't go back as we had to do the last two times. do not recommend this load in the smallest if we only wanted an evening meal for our larger family, but now there are not enough food for all of us grateful the manager got it all sorted out for us, but we were not back tonight to get it so now we have to cook and go back in a few days
The person taking orders at this restaurant tried to argue that there is no steak nacho fries burrito, despite it being clearly listed on the menu. They seemed unaware and ignorant of their own menu.
So ........ I was just at this KFC with a couple friends and we waited at the window for about 10-15 minutes before the young girl came to the window and said she thought we had already got our food.... well, on top of that my chicken was cold like it hadent been cooked fully and they forgot my potatoes and gravey also did not put silverware or napkins in the bags .. one of my friends went on and read the reviews and OMG for real they haven't fixed anything ppl have been complaining about... for real I can't believe they are still open...... I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!!! FOR THE OWNERS ...... YOU SHOULD REALLY FIX THE ISSUES YOUR FACILITY IS HAVEN!
