When I asked the staff at the window if I had time to change my order, they kindly made me a new one! The young lady at the speaker even remembered what my daughter likes—she had requested chocolate ice cream with brownies, which is her favorite concrete mixer.

They did forget the extra spices and tomatoes I requested on my sandwich, but they quickly provided me with packets and tomatoes afterward. While I was waiting for my ride, I was also offered some chocolate, which was a nice touch.
