I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was awful, and the manager was extremely rude. I called to complain because, once again, they messed up my order. I'm severely allergic to Arby's sauce, and it was all over my food, not to mention they also gave me the wrong fries. $17 wasted. When I reached out to complain, the manager acted entitled and was extremely unhelpful. It's frustrating because, as a manager at Arby's, you would expect a more professional attitude. Instead, I was met with snarky remarks and a complete lack of customer service. This is the second time I've faced such treatment from this manager, and I have no intention of returning. They really need to address this issue, or it will hurt their business.

I visited the drive-thru tonight, February 19, 2024, and unfortunately, I didn't receive two of my sandwiches—a fish sandwich and a gyro. I only realized this when I got home, and since I live in Monroe, I couldn't just go back. The only reason I’m giving this place one star is because the person who took our order and served us was very friendly and polite. I really wish they would double-check orders before handing them out, as with the rising costs of eating out, that's almost ten dollars I've missed out on.
They gave me a free soda the last time I was there. The food is pretty good when I've eaten there.
I found the fish deluxe to be delicious, but only after I reheated it in the microwave. The cheese wasn't even melted when I first received it. My husband had the chicken sandwich, and it was also not warm enough to melt the cheese. Despite that, I would still go back.
