There food is always amazing I never end up getting the same meal twice.! They all Keep me on my toes with the menu changes. Witch gives you a great variety of options to try new things. We got the fried cheese sticks w fried pickles it was super yummy with there homemade ranch. I also got bbq pulled pork grilled cheese witch was amazing. Very pricey for what you get. 3 scallops for $16. No flavor on steaks or burger, noodles were undercooked. Waitress though was amazing! Beautiful restaurant, but in my opinion not worth it. Found a bug in the Salt shaker also, but not a big deal there with all the bacteria everywhere else. View all feedback.

The prices are quite high for what you receive. I paid $16 for just three scallops, and the steaks and burger lacked flavor. Additionally, the noodles were undercooked. On a positive note, the waitress was outstanding! The restaurant itself is beautiful, but I personally don't think it's worth the cost. I also discovered a bug in the salt shaker, but given the potential presence of bacteria elsewhere, it didn't seem like a major issue.
This restaurant has a really impressive menu! The homemade pasta is incredible. I had the lasagna, which I enjoyed, but I also tried the gnocchi, and while it was cooked perfectly al dente, it lacked the potato flavor I was expecting and was quite dense. I prefer my gnocchi to be fluffier, so I’m not sure if this is how it's usually made. However, the crème brûlée was fantastic, and I would love to return to try other dishes in the future!

The food at this restaurant was outstanding! The staff were friendly, and the establishment was impeccably clean. The only drawback was the absence of alcohol; a glass of white wine would have been the perfect complement to our fantastic seafood dinner.

I absolutely love the seafood pasta! The huge size of shrimp, scallops, and homemade pasta are delicious I enjoyed the flavor of the sauce and recommend this restaurant to anyone. We ordered the fried zucchini for an appetizer and it was amazing as well! Thinly sliced and breaded with a side of sauce
Consistently delicious food, comfortable ambience, and solid service is why we choose Evolution Grille for many of our meals. We even had our rehearsal dinner here in late 2015, and were well pleased. If you have an opportunity, attend a wine or beer dinner that Evolution hosts. Always an excellent time.

Love this place! Everything is made fresh and have a great seasonal menu! Never have been disappointed and we have been here dozens of times
Food is very good, friendly servers and I love when they have wine pairing events I have tried things I have never had due to how this chef prepares it. When food is prepared properly, it certainly makes a difference; and that is what you get here.

Surprisingly great food, restaurant was recommended to us by someone local. Great place to go after some hiking at the Freeport-Butler trail. The seafood pasta was excellent, steak was fantastic, we will definitely be back.
Traveling through Pittsburgh we stopped here for lunch on Sunday. We had the fried zucchini and potato pierogie to start, then I had the chickpea chilli and my wife had the cesar salad. For our entrés I had the beef stroganoff and my wife had chicken spinach garlic alfredo. Service was friendly and fast and thr food was rich and flavorful. 4 stars instead of 5 because everything needed salt. But overall with a visit.

From the appetizers to the dessert, dining here is a guaranteed delight. Audrey and Mandy provided outstanding service. The brie appetizer and zucchini were fantastic starters for our meal. The black and blue strip steak was cooked to perfection, and the pear and honey bread pudding was an ideal way to end the evening.
The food was excellent and the service was impressive. The restaurant was spotless, including the restrooms. I had a wonderful lunch with my family, and even my father, who is usually quite particular, enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this place to others to give it a try.
