What Sargeant Sandy Pirate doesn't like about Tim Hortons Brookside:
Lady at the drive in windows was rude, held onto my change after handing me my coffee, for an uncomfortable amount of time, then looks away and carelessly drops it in my hand seemingly upset .. upset it wasn't left as a tip? Why is my change held hostage? . Typically , the cashier would give my change , then my drinks after paying ... and after this interaction I would make my choice to tip her or him for his or her... Too much loud chattering amongst employees, behind the counter.
I tried calling this store to speak to an employee about an urgent matter. Got hung up and blocked. Look for another location for your food with better service...
