Lady at the drive in windows was rude, held onto my change after handing me my coffee, for an uncomfortable amount of time, then looks away and carelessly drops it in my hand seemingly upset .. upset it wasn't left as a tip? Why is my change held hostage? . Typically , the cashier would give my change , then my drinks after paying ... and after this interaction I would make my choice to tip her or him for his or her... Unfortunately I keep coming back as this is the closest and most convenient tims to go to but it's frustrating. I constantly have to repeat my order...
Too much loud chattering amongst employees, behind the counter.
I tried calling this store to speak to an employee about an urgent matter. Got hung up and blocked. Look for another location for your food with better service and etiquette. This place is garbage
3 days in a row. 3 different locations. Tried to get lunch. All 3 locations had no buns and no chilli.
Orders were messed up, refusal to make a new biscuit breakfast meal, unable to understand at times what the host was saying...this happened a number er of times and was very frustrating.
