They inquired if I was concerned about cross-contamination in the deep fryer, and I informed them that I would definitely have a reaction to that. They responded, “No problem, we’ll pan-fry the potatoes for you instead.” It was evident that they really knew what they were doing. I had a fantastic meal with no negative reactions—just a satisfying fullness in a good way.
