Pita Pit - Fredericton

The food was okay the fresh vegetables were nice. But the person serving me rolled their eyes 2-3 ....all I did was place a simple order.Also I cannot understand how you can make a falafel without sesame seed/tahini dressing????????? Like really not a real falafel and tasted like well...not great. So I can't believe that these pita pits are that cheap, corporate folk not with it.....unaware of what a real falafel is?? So I give up....not going back. Just saying a real falafel has hummus and REAL tahini dressing.

I placed a 500$ order to be picked up for a lunch for a group if workers who have been going non stop. They counted on this lunch. 35 min before it was to be picked up they called and said they'd need another hour and a half to two hours longer. Ummmm, so you mean long after their lunch break is over. I asked him to get off phone and just make them. I got to store gave them extra time at this point he said maybe an extra 30 mins. Nope still not ready. And they proceeded to take and make more orders and kept putting mine to the side as new people came in. Beyond disappointment and you've not only let me down but the 25 people who missed lunch. To make matters worse he told me reason it was late was because he didn't see order when he came in. I'd placed online and paid before they even opened. If they cannot handle that level of business they shouldn't accept it. Their own app let me pick times and some were even earlier than I chose. Complete failure!

The staff is unfriendly and doesn 't speak English. I had to repeat everything 3 times, from choosing and paying for the pita, ending with the choice of toppings. She also has no idea what give me the package means.

Paid $20 for a small pita, pita chips and vitamin water. my veggies were on the grill less than 30 seconds and neither them nor my meat was even remotely warm. The portions were super small for what you get. Even for a small pita. And let's be real, pita chips made in house is kitchen trickery to use up old stale pitas so they should not be more expensive than a bag of Lays. It's a complete rip off for what you get. Save your money. Not worth it at all.
