Situated on a scenic golf course, this restaurant offers a delightful ambiance complemented by friendly service. The food is absolutely incredible! The aroma and flavor of the wood smoke are to die for! I had the salmon salad and fish tacos for lunch, and they were delicious! For dinner, I enjoyed roasted red pepper soup, yams, steak with potatoes, and even extra yams. Our server, John, was fantastic! View all feedback.

Wow! This is an excellent spot for ribs. I ordered a full rack and definitely couldn't finish it all. They were incredibly tender and full of flavor. The sauce has just the right amount of kick to make it perfect. I'd recommend making a reservation well in advance; trying to get a last-minute table isn't a good idea. If you're planning a special evening, be sure to book one of the tables with a view of the golf course—you won't be disappointed!
Unfortunately, the fish in my tacos was very dry and bland, and there was hardly any cabbage or sauce inside. I usually love fish tacos, but these were nearly inedible. The kale salad was just, well, kale. I think they would be better off using romaine lettuce instead. I ended up sending my tacos back and ordered crab cakes instead. They were good, but I've had better elsewhere. I also believe it would have been courteous for the manager to come out and inquire about my experience and offer some form of compensation. My mother agreed that her fish tacos were disappointing but didn’t want to make a scene. I was polite and respectful to our server, who was very pleasant. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant, and I doubt I would return.
I absolutely loved this restaurant! It's situated on a golf course, but you don't have to be a member to eat here. A tip: try to get a seat in the patio area inside for a stunning view of the green, all while enjoying the comfort of air conditioning. We liked it so much that we came back twice! I ordered the oak-grilled salmon salad both times because it was that good! The portion is quite generous, packed with crispy sugared pecans and salty goat cheese. The salmon is large and grilled to perfection! It’s delicious and reasonably priced at $17. I requested the dressing on the side, which was a good move, as the balsamic reduction is quite sweet and thick. My mother ordered the Cobb salad both times as well. It’s just as big, loaded with blue cheese, cheddar cheese, and bacon bits. She really enjoyed the blue cheese dressing, although I found it a bit heavy for my liking. My dad tried the steak flatbread the first time and the fork cheese sandwich the second. The flatbread was tasty, but honestly, it was too much food (those American portions!). I also wish there had been more steak on it. However, the fork cheese sandwich was delightful! It reminded me of a Philly cheesesteak, with chunky pieces of steak and lots of melted cheese. His only complaint was that the fries were a bit overcooked, making them slightly dry. My sister ordered the steak skewers her first visit, which came with about 8 bite-sized chunks of beef. The second time, she had the striploin steak with a side of basil mashed potatoes, which she absolutely loved! We also added grilled shrimp skewers that were beautifully charred and full of flavor. It’s a pity this place is all the way in Fredericton, or we’d be regulars!
