Mimizawa - Fredericton

The food at this restaurant is deliciously fresh and made with premium ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive. Overall, a great dining experience with nothing to fault.

I have ordered sushi from this restaurant several times, most recently for a special occasion for my wife. The sushi was fresh, delicious, and a great option if you're looking for a meal before lunch.

Despite being a small kiosk in the center of a shopping mall, this place serves the best sushi in the city! The owner prepares everything fresh daily and it tends to sell out quickly for the best options. They also offer fresh samosas and smoothies.

Okay, I'm not a sushi expert, that's probably quite basic stuff, but I fell in love for the first time I bought a takeout lunch sushi from Mimizawa. This is just a kiosk in downtown Fredericton Mall (no space except the mall in the restaurant area), but they make beautiful fresh sushi every day. A relatively inexpensive lunch option, they also sell samosas, quesidillas and fruit smoothes. I'm a big fan of her spicy California role and dynamite role, I'm probably buying one or the other at least once a week. Always incredibly fresh.

Have picked up sushi here several times, most recently for a surprise treat for my wife. Fresh, tasty, and when there before lunch, a good selection.
