We got 7 pieces of chicken, no coleslaw and no famous bowels. We did get mac and cheese and green beans instead. We counted thecontainers, but we did not check what was in them. What a rip-off. AVOID this place.

She ordered the Big Box Combo Extra Crispy for $10, which was supposed to include a breast and two wings. Instead, she received a drumstick, two wings, and what can only be described as rubbery fries. The chicken was soggy and the smallest pieces I've ever encountered. The fries were cold and chewy, and what was supposed to be a biscuit was disappointing. Now we understand why KFC is often empty. If you're considering dining here, think twice. Their menu hasn’t improved; in fact, it’s worse than before. Whoever is managing this location clearly doesn’t care. Save your time and money—just look at the picture of that pathetic box. It's simply not worth it!

I couldn't go inside, so I would have had to rejoin the drive-thru line, which I didn't want to do. As a result, I ended up being charged for drinks I never received.
