Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fredericksburg
Chipotle Mexican Grill
Description
Long-standing chain retains a speedy, casual vibe but suffers uneven execution. Ingredients can be fresh and vegetarian sofritas are available, yet customers report inconsistent portions, occasional missing ingredients, and salty or stale chips. Service is fast when staffed, though some openings produce poor greeting and readiness. No Wi‑Fi or TVs, and reliability varies by location — treat this as convenient fast-casual with hit-or-miss quality.

My small meal was over 10bucks and I can say that this , now McDonald's like fast food has gotten extremely typical to being a chain restaurant compared to when it first came to the area years ago.
This is one of the worst chipotle locations. The food is not good here and the portions are too small. You order a large guacamole and they give you a half filled side of guacamole. The burrito bowls are not even filled halfway. Chips are old and too much salt.
Went 3 minutes after opening on a Sunday. We waited there 5 minutes with no other customers in the store while the store associates finished getting the store ready. We were not greeted or spoken to so finally we walked out. Why am I waiting to be serviced when there is no one there?! We ended up going back in and spoke to the manager and she said that she had to get the register set up. 1. You should be ready to serve people when you open and 2. If you aren’t ready a simple hello we will be with you in a moment would’ve sufficed.Poor customer service
I had a really upset stomach after eating here. I'm not exactly sure what caused it since we shared everything, making it difficult to identify the culprit.
