The man taking the order in the drive through sounded very calm and nice, which is always nice early in the morning, and the women at the window also energetic and kind. Love Ziggi's coffee but two weeks ago my hubby took me to get a coffee. We had to get a cup holder because we bought four coffees. The employees didn't securely put the cups in the holder and all 4 coffees ended up in my lap. Thank goodness I didn't get severe burns, no hospital trip. But still took my thighs a good week to feel better. Lesson learned, I will check how secure the cups are in the cup holder next time.... View all feedback.
Yeah it?s an immediate no if the workers are gonna forget to turn off their headsets while mocking me?.
I hate to complain but I just cannot get over the mentality of the kids working here. I first say, ?this drink order will be sugar free.? I order, then when I get to the window the girl says, ?do you want sugar free peanut butter syrup?? After I tried to figure out what to say, I said ?no, this drink is all sugar free.? Unreal what you experience in every day life.
I can't believe I paid $7 for a latte without any foam! This place is even pricier than Starbucks and they have tip iPads to encourage you to tip someone just for handing you your coffee.
This used to be my favorite restaurant, and I was a regular customer, but after having a disagreement with them, it seems they make my experience unpleasant on purpose whenever they hear my name. It’s really sad and disappointing! Today was the worst—I didn't even want to bring it back for a refund to avoid any confrontation.
I’m giving this restaurant a five-star rating mainly because of the staff. They are consistently friendly, kind, and approachable, creating a personal connection, especially with their regular customers. Clarissa, Sam, Mia, Trinity, and Caleb are truly fantastic. I do think Ziggis could enhance their coffee roasts, but the exceptional staff makes up for it.
