I order, then when I g... read more I hate to complain but I just cannot get over the mentality of the kids working here. I first say, ?this drink order will be sugar free.? I order, then when I get to the window the girl says, ?do you want sugar free peanut butter syrup?? After I triedto figure out what to say, I said ?no, this drink is all sugar free.? Unreal what you experience in every day life.

Clarissa, Sam, Mia, Trinity Caleb are wonderful. I do believe Ziggis could improve on theircoffee roasts but the staff is spectacular.

It's sad and disappointing!! Today was the worse taste and I can't even take it back to avoidconfrontation!!

The man who took my order at the drive-thru was calm and friendly, which is a great way to start the morning. The woman at the window was also lively and kind. The drinks are reasonably priced; I got two medium drinks (iced tea and coffee) for around $7, including tip and tax. It’s great not having to cross I-25 for coffee anymore, especially for those of us in the nearby neighborhoods. I'm really glad it's here!

I enjoy Starbucks, but Ziggies provides a more family-friendly atmosphere with their staff and the way they run their business. The menu is impressive, featuring a wide variety of options beyond just coffee. My personal favorite is the peanut butter mocha! The staff is always smiling and seems to genuinely enjoy what they do, which is really refreshing to see.
