I hate to complain but I just cannot get over the mentality of the kids working here. I first say, ?this drink order will be sugar free.? I order, then when I get to the window the girl says, ?do you want sugar free peanut butter syrup?? After I triedto figure out what to say, I said ?no, this drink is all sugar free.? Unreal what you experience in every day life.
Giving 5 stars specifically for the staff. They are always friendly, kind, and outgoing. They make a personal connection especially with their regulars. Clarissa, Sam, Mia, Trinity Caleb are wonderful. I do believe Ziggis could improve on theircoffee roasts but the staff is spectacular.
Well this used to be my favorite and I was a usual but since having a disagreement with this location they now purposely make it horrible when they hear my name!! It's sad and disappointing!! Today was the worse taste and I can't even take it back to avoidconfrontation!!
