The delivery driver didn?t state he was out the or ring the door... read more I ordered from this establishment and waited about 50-60 minutes for my order to be delivered. The delivery driver didn?t state he was out the or ring the door bell. No problem, got the food and realized it was wrong. I called, got placed on hold for about3-5 minutes, they made like they never had my order know they did because it was on my receipt. The girl forgot to muteherself. I hear them in the background and the manager stated that he made the order and I asked for hot it?s on the receipt.That?s when I informed them once again it says BBQ on the bag receipt and on my emailed receipt. Then the manager gets on thephone asking me what?s the issue, I explained to him and he told me he?ll remake the order, but would have to come to the storeto get it. I paid for delivery the tip and wanted it sent back out. He stated they didn?t have any drivers and would have tocome to the store and that he didn?t have any drivers because the store doesn?t do actually drivers. We decided to call doordash even though we ordered through Wing Stops app. I come down to the store. He stated the wings will be ready when I gotthere. I stood at the counter for about 2-4 minutes with no greeting. I legit stood waiting for the manager for about 5-7additional minutes , because he was in the restroom. While inside the establishment I realize the person in the kitchen and thecashier didn?t know which orders were gone nor could they figure out people orders. I sat there looking at them. People orderswere incorrect. I saw another customer come in and check their order and it was incorrect. My order wasn?t even made when I gotthere. After waiting for over 15 minutes, the order is finally made. The manager did correct the issue and after meeting him inperson, he was better. Really cool dude, but the experience was crazy.

I have emailed her multiple times beginning the day of this incident, with no reply.Again demonstrating the poor customer service at this location. Half of my order was missing from my carry out order. I calledthe store and was offered to come pick up the food. Unfortunately I work and was not able to leave again. When I requested arefund for the food I didn?t get , they put me on hold for several minutes. I had to call back again and again they put me onhold for 15 minutes. When I tried to call back for the third time, they stopped answering the phone. Magically I called from myoffice phone and they answered. It was quite obvious the manager didn?t want to speak with me. Lillian was wonderful however,the customer service from manager, Daryl was horrible.

The chicken patty was consistently tender througho... read more I was incredibly impressed by Wingstop! This was my first visit, and I decided to try their chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was consistently tender throughout, and they really loaded it with sauce without skimping like some other places do. Plus, they make their own ranch and blue cheese, which was a delightful surprise. I didn’t expect to love the sauces as much as I did!

The wings and sides are fantastic, but the customer service on most Friday and Saturday nights (prime time) is disappointing. My recommendation? Wait until Sunday, late morning or early afternoon. I've never had any issues on Sundays. Friday and Saturday nights are a chaotic experience 9 out of 10 times. Sure, you could go next door to Il Forno, where the customer service is consistently good, but their wing flavors are all pretty similar, with far fewer options, and none of them are spicy. Always double-check your order before you leave, as there's a high chance they’ll forget something.

I... read more The staff was excellent, but the sauce for the mild wings was almost like water. Corporate really needs to improve. It's probably the worst sauce in the area. I gave two stars only because the wings were cooked properly and the staff was friendly. I won’t return unless I hear about a new buffalo sauce, as it honestly felt like dipping the wings in buffalo-flavored water.
