We visited for a late lunch/early dinner at 4:30 on a Saturday. The service was impressive, with the waitstaff quickly taking our drink orders and ensuring our glasses were always full throughout the meal. We sampled the falafel, a gyro, and a lamb kabob, all of which were delicious and beautifully presented. This restaurant is a wonderful addition to the other Greek and Mediterranean options in town, and the combination of excellent food, reasonable prices, and a pleasant atmosphere will definitely entice us to return.
I had lunch with my brother-in-law at this restaurant located in a strip mall, which is balanced by a cozy interior and friendly, efficient waitstaff. Our food was served promptly, and my Mediterranean chicken was delicious—obviously homemade. The beverages were outstanding, and the side dishes were equally impressive. This place is definitely one of the best in Frederick, and I highly recommend it to local food enthusiasts. I plan to return soon!
Once we got past that initial awkward situation, the rest of the meal went smoothly. Our waitress was attentive and friendly, and everything we ordered was delicious. Contrary to what someone else had said, it didn’t taste like microwaved Costco food at all! We would consider coming back, but I hope the owner takes this feedback to heart. It's quite unreasonable to micromanage seating arrangements when the restaurant is completely empty. We ended up feeling cramped in a booth that was smaller than average.
What a pleasant surprise. My family went there last night and it was absolutely delicious. You had the feeling this was an authentic home cook meal with the traditional Mediterranean flavors . Even my picky two year old daughter ate away very happily. This is a well run family restaurant that place a lot of care in their food. Try the rice pudding.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Prompt and friendly service. We started with hummus and hot dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) for an appetizer. Next up, we had gyro and falafel platters for the main course. Ask for extra tzatziki sauce. It's really good! Lastly, we had rice pudding and baklava for dessert. We saw another happy patron get the gyro salad. It looked really good. We're looking forward to going back.
