Ruby Tuesday - Frederick

Our appetizers took 45 minutes to arrive, and it was an hour before we received our main meals. At one point, the server had to search for our order, which made it difficult for my children to eat.

Today, Saturday, 13th august, visited 15:45 a.m. and found a gentleman waiting and was informed that he had been sitting before him for more than 10 minutes because of no hostess. my man found a server that finally helped him, so we went into the bar to prevent a waiting. the same server helped us at the bar until the barkeeper came to help us. the two were great! the salatable was in error and eating was everywhere, so we didn't order that. overall the two who helped us were great different than that it was not pleasant.

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant thanks to Server Jenn and Manager Brittany, who were both amazing. The kitchen staff did an excellent job as well—the food was delicious and perfectly prepared, which is important because I'm quite particular. I visited last Wednesday and returned today, Saturday, with a friend. We both live in Frederick, and I found the prices to be very reasonable. Today's service was just as great, with Server Javon being polite, courteous, and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and was prepared exactly as we requested. I look forward to coming back soon. Placed an online order, when we went to pick the it up the restaurant was closed due to a water main break. I realize that is out of the store's control, but why were they still accepting orders if they were closed? My credit card was charged for the order and now I am stuck disputing this charge with the credit card company. Other restaurant websites tell you if a restaurant is closed for some reason. The manager at this location really dropped the ball. This was the first time in four years we had visited Ruby Tuesday and our first online order. They did not make a good impression.

Only thing positive I can say is that the drinks were great. It took 25 minutes to simply get out beverages. Another 35 minutes to get any of our food. Our waiter not only ignored us most of the time but the simplicity of our orders seemed difficult for him. All of the food looked and tasted frozen or processed. On top of that we had to search for someone to get our check to leave. The prices do not match the service and quality of food and it explains why so many have shut down. Never again
