Driving through Frederick and was craving some Phó. Found this place and decided to eat here for the first time. Did not disappoint. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I ordered the Spring Rolls and Chicken Phó. It was so good! Will definitely be eating here again!

If you're looking for a good Vietnamese Restaurant, you should try Pho An Loi! You won't be disappointed! P8 Pho Special is amazing! I usually get two meals out of my large pho! Also GR2 Grilled Pork with rice is wonderful and so is the Vietnamese Sub(I had the Grilled Pork), AP1 Spring Roll are also delicious! The price is reasonable and the staff is very friendly!

This place is legit! I had the Bun Bo Hue noodle soup (Pictured) and my husband had the Dac Biet Pho and we shared the fried spring roll. The spring roll actually comes with some really nice pickled radish and carrot and the garnish lettuce was freshand beautiful (not wilted and brown). They give a ton of meat and toppings and the noodle portions are so generous. I had enoughto last me two meals. I love the huge piece of pork trotter that comes with the Bun Ho Hue and this was a very fragrant andpeanut-y and rich Bun Bo Hue soup. It was probably the best Bun Bo Hue soup I?ve had. The sprouts, cabbage..etc that they giveyou to garnish are all super fresh with nary a wilted sprig in sight.

TLDR: Excellent Vietnamese food for a reasonable price! Come for the pho and banh mi. Vibe: 4/5. Located in a nondescript strip mall, Ann Loi is a no frills Vietnamese restaurant. The restaurant only has a half dozen parking spaces available, so parkingmay be tight around peak meal hours. Inside, Ann Loi has a main front of house counter for takeout orders and 10-12 tables fordine in. Each table comes equipped with your normal pho accoutrements which includes plum sauce, Sriracha and chilioil. Service: 5/5. The staff was perfect throughout our meal from start to finish. My party of 2 came around 12:30pm on aSunday and we're seated by the hostess immediately. Our orders were taken not too long after we sat down and the food was outwithin 10 minutes of ordering. When we were finished, the staff gave us several to-go containers for our leftovers and we closedthe bill out with ease. Overall, a very smooth lunch service! Food: 5/5. Exceptional pho that cured 2 very hungover weddingattendees! For lunch, we ordered the steak banh mi, cold cut banh mi, brisket pho, seafood and egg pho w/ rice noodles and aThai iced tea. Both banh mis were very tasty. The French bread was perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside andpaired nicely with both meat options. The pho broths we're soothing and perfectly balanced between savory and sweet. All of theaccompaniments in both bowls were tasty, abundant and played nicely with the broth. And finally the Thai iced tea was arefreshing choice that tied the whole meal together. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at Ann Loi and highly recommendfor those Sunday scaries!

I was catering for a birthday party, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality was exceptional. I planned to only eat half of my banh mi, but it was so delicious that I ended up finishing it all in one go. Every dish was impressive— the soup broth, crispy chicken, lemongrass beef, summer rolls, bao, and grilled shrimp were all fresh and packed with delightful, subtle flavors. I can't remember the last time a restaurant impressed me this much. The staff was incredibly professional, the prices were very reasonable, and the food was top-notch. Overall, it was a five-fork experience!
