Olive Garden Italian

I recently visited the Olive Garden in Frederick, Maryland on Spectrum Drive. I was greeted by a very kind young woman (MK) who provided excellent customer service. I would give her 5 stars for her great attitude. However, I have consistently had issues with the food at this location. Today, on 6/29/18 at 12:30 PM, I ordered two simple soups (Pasta Fazoul) and once again, my order was messed up. They only gave me soup broth with no pasta, as they had skimmed off the top of the pot. In previous visits, I have encountered various mistakes with my orders such as receiving the wrong soup, missing items like breadsticks, or even receiving soup when I ordered salad. It seems like the staff at the Frederick Olive Garden are struggling to run their business efficiently. I frequently visit the Olive Garden in Frederick with my elderly mother. However, I have a complaint about the lack of availability for walk-in diners. It can be frustrating when we are unable to secure a table without calling ahead.

Raising kids is like riding a rollercoaster that never stops. I enjoy every moment of it! My 11-year-old son wanted to celebrate his recent birthday at Olive Garden. It was a special experience that no one else can understand.

My server was a woman called tayler and I tell them. I've had the best experience since Kovid. this girl was on the spot without being overlaid, she was flexing and helped other servers. the eating was amazing, meat bark melted in my mouth. all tasted fresh, well seasoned and ensured on the back to the table. atmosphere was great, well lit, good ambient temperature, clean tables and cutlery, bathroom looked immaculate. I haven't been away recently, but I'll be back soon.
