Ive never had such a horrendous experience ordering food from a restaurant. We order at about 10:28 PM from the app, waiting in curbside spot 4. The order seems... read more Ive never had such a horrendous experience ordering food from a restaurant. We order at about 10:28 PM from the app, waiting in curbside spot 4. The order seems to be marked as complete at roughly 10:45-10:50 PM, with no food in sight. We received our twoburgers at around 11:10 PM, with no fries, after a good 40 minutes. I go back to ask the employee, who was still there, and theytold me theyll be back. Finally, I get the fries at roughly 11:25 PM, nearly an hour after our initial order. During this wholeperiod, *at least* 20 other cars, who had gone through the drive-thru, were served. There was no way to contact the employees,as no one was in the front of the store and the door was locked- going up to the window while someone was getting their foodseemed too dangerous. The store was very, very obviously understaffed, and I am very heavily disappointed with this. To top itall off, I was served a regular Cheeseburger instead of my ordered McDouble, and we received no ranch. Of course, the 1 hourwait was the killer, especially as we were in a rush. Again, I am very disappointed, and am genuinely considering avoidingMcDonalds for the foreseeable future.

Some need to become more familiar with the app so that they can help customers who are trying to use it but are having difficulties. Other than that, every employee I interacted with was super friendly andhappy to help me.
